Bangalore has wasted 3.7 million USD today to adhere to Supreme Court rule of removing tinted films from vehicles! As per records, there are around 40,000 cars/4 wheelers. Putting a film costs Rs. 5,000. Calculating the cost to put those films comes to 3.7 million USD. Above numbers are for Bangalore alone! What if Govt scraps the rule?
