A very effective networking method

I was invited to join a team of people for morning breakfast. That group meets often and has fun parties every month. This is a club called the Laughter Club in Jayanagar, Bangalore. This club has many branches around India and the world. Main goal of this club is to laugh! You might have seen people laughing without any reason in the park every morning. Next time, just think that it is one of these Laughter Clubs. Good thing is - there is no membership. There is no politics of President or Secretary or elections. They have a leader who teaches them basic physical fitness exercises and also breathing exercises. You might deduce that this club is for the old :). Be it!

Now, coming to my understanding of this Club! Getting acquainted with these people is very helpful. People here are from various walks of life - some a retired officials in the Govt., some are in business, few a in art/theater/music, few politicians too! Getting involved in this club will create good contacts with these type of people. We never know whom we might need for any help.

These people have very high contacts - It traces down to their son, grandson, etc. For these people, there is no need of web contacts or email. All they manage is by phone and personal relationship. I appreciate their way of understanding and helping nature.
